We're a small team of engineers, not real estate agents. But we kept hearing the same complaint, over and over, from agents and analysts we knew: comps took forever to pull together, CMAs ate entire weekends, and even basic market questions meant digging through five different tools.

That gap — between how powerful AI had gotten and how manual real estate workflows still were — is what we set out to close. We built Plexerr to do the parts of the job that shouldn't take a human hours: matching comps intelligently, answering pricing questions in plain English, and generating a polished report in minutes instead of a full afternoon.

Today, Plexerr is used by listing agents, buyer's agents, lenders, and investors — people doing work we never did ourselves, but worked closely with to understand, build for, and keep improving.
